Replacement Eligibility

Conditions for Replacement

- The product must be unused and in original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and box must be intact
- Clear images or videos of the issue may be required
- The original purchase invoice must be provided
Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement will not be applicable in the following situations:

- Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect performance
- Damage caused after delivery due to misuse or handling
- Requests raised after the specified reporting window
